1) The "Client Options" menu allows the user to choose an account and select general details about charges and invoices for the account. 2) The "Client Stop Rates" allows the user to edit, add, or delete stop rate rules for accounts. 3) The "Client Accessorial Types" 4) The "Client Reminders" tool allows the user to create a message that will be shown before previewing or creating invoices for a specific account. 5) The "Accounting Integration" 6) The "Average Weekly Fuel Price" window provides a list of average fuel prices for the previous twenty weeks. It is used to determine fuel surcharges when invoicing and creating contractor settlements. |
