Adding a New Client


To setup a new client in IDLS, here is a list of the information needed:


  1. Client name
  2. Hub name and address, default start time for routes
  3. Your invoice remittance address
  4. List of zip codes for routing purposes.  Regions for those zips if you have them.
  5. List of service levels supported for this client (White Glove, Threshold, etc).
  6. Contract terms in order to build invoicing rules.
  7. Survey questions (if needed)
  8. List of users (you can add more later).
  9. List of contractors / trucks / drivers (you can add more later).


A few questions about options:

  1. Will you need autodial messaging for time window notifications?  
  2. Will you need/want text messaging for notifications?
  3. Will you be using IDLS mobile dispatch app for the drivers?
