Customer Information
To add to an information field, click once in the underlined space next to the field name. Enter the details for the customer in the highlighted section.
Important to note that within the customer information if a customer has previously been delivered to when the contact number is entered the information will autofill the Address, City, State, and Zip Code. The autofill function will not include the first name, last name or email and will need to be entered by the user. This is to ensure the correct name and email information is entered. For example, different employees at a particular office location, roommates, and deliveries for different family members that reside within the same household.
NOTE: Ask about how we can setup an electronic import function with your client to prevent data entry errors and speed up your processes. We may already have processes in place to integrate your clients. If not, we may be able to work with you and your client to find a way to import the orders.
