Routing Notes are a way for a scheduler to communicate important details about a stop from the customer to the person routing the trucks. Some examples we've seen include notifying about flights of stairs, narrow hallways, pets, community restrictions, etc. Not only can they be printed out, but they are visible at the bottom of the window in the Routing Manager.



Users are also able to access Routing Notes through an individual order as well. This can be done during the scheduling process or anytime up until the day of delivery. Routing notes can be located by selecting the “Notes” tab then selecting “Route Notes”
