To find a carrier, use the "Carrier" menu and select "Browse".


 


To find, view, or edit information about a carrier or a truck, scroll through the "Carrier" list. Some carriers will also have their assigned hubs listed to the right. To see the list of carriers with hubs the user has created, select "View My Hubs Only".


To add a carrier, select "Add". Enter the relevant information in the new window and click "OK". The user may also add a hub for the carrier with this step.


To delete a carrier, highlight the carrier in the list and select "Delete". Select "Yes" to the following prompt. 


To the right of the list of carriers and assigned hubs, the selected carrier information is displayed, including a section for "Trucks Owned by Selected Carrier", where trucks can be added, edited, and deleted. 


At the top of the "Carrier Information" section are options to include notes about carrier settlements, add fuel surcharges, edit settlement adjustments, and add hubs. Each of these sections will appear in a separate pop-up window to allow the user to edit them.
