POD Disclaimer – This section allows for a user to generate custom POD disclaimers regarding merchandise and deliveries. 


Minutes/Order – Allows the user to override Hub settings that calculate in home delivery times.


Require On-Time Exception Reason – Requires a user to set a reason for late delivery.


Background Check – Users are able to select a “Provider” if a certain Client requires a background check.


Delivery Performance Reporting



  • Use Routed Time Window – When this method is selected your on time calculations for drivers are being based off of the timeframes or time window given for an order during delivery.
  • Use Override Window - This method would calculate when a delivery time window or timeframe on an order or orders have been overridden.
  • Use Padding Value to Add Minutes to End of Time Frame - This method basically can give you a "grace" period on the set timeframes currently on the orders when in an "Out for Delivery" status.
