Why aren't orders showing up in the Action Center?


  1. You can’t compare a search for Pending orders to the expected list in the Action Center.  The order is only available in the action center if *all* items on the order are in stock.
  2. An order gets added to the action center in real time as the items are received into inventory.  If the item received is the last “On Order” item, then IDLS will automatically add that to the action center.  The other time that the action center is populated is during an overnight process – we re-evaluate all of the Pending orders to determine which ones are RTBS and then add them to the Action Center.  
  3. Once you clear the item from the action center it won’t show up again until the next overnight process.  However, you can manually trigger a repopulation of the action center by clicking on the “Admin” tab, and then pressing the “Reload RTBS Orders” button.  I just did this, so you should see quite a few orders now.
